In February 2011, our Board Chair, Helen Rosenthal, coordinated a two-day Board Retreat which brought staff, volunteers, board members and advisory board members together to re-examine the PJN program from top to bottom. Through a program overview we checked out the structure of PJN, the nuts and bolts of how we go about achieving our mission, who are we really serving and how can we deliver better services in the face of a belt-tightening economy. We assessed our successes and challenges. This self examination allowed us to develop a strategic plan and indicators of success. The process and findings brought us back to our roots of Internet networking, among other things.
Special thanks to Helen Rosenthal and members of our board for redesigning the ParentJobNet Website!!
