Patricia (Pat) Craddick is the Executive Director of ParentJobNet, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization she founded in December 2004.

With many years of experience on Wall Street as a financial services professional, she has worked at large investment companies in a variety of positions ranging from portfolio management and client services to training and development. Assisted in managing and hedging the first index-linked derivative product in the financial market during her long tenure at Chase Bank was one of her most rewarding and notable accomplishments in Corporate America. During the early 90’s, she spearheaded her first business enterprise in the e-commerce network communications industry.

In May 2006, she was awarded a Good Neighbor Award by Goddard Riverside Community Center for her vision and dynamic leadership in establishing ParentJobNet, which empowers public school parents and caregivers to share with each other and employers through the internet information about jobs, childcare options, business and volunteer opportunities and professional services. Additionally, ParentJobNet provides in-school training for parents for whom English is a second language, financial literacy, and job/career-related workshops – all without cost. She also received a Westy Award from the West Side Spirit in the Entrepreneurial category in 2008 for creating and developing ParentJobNet.

Pat holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from Pace University. She has done post-graduate studies at Columbia University and New York University and holds professional certifications in Portfolio Management, Communications, Training and Development, and Project Management.

Pat currently resides on the Upper West Side, NYC, with her family.
