July 2 to August 24, 1 - 4 PM Monday to Friday
For the first time EVER, the New York Junior Tennis League is
providing FREE tennis lessons at the tennis court at Louis D.
Brandeis High School, 145 West 84 Street (West 84th Street
between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues, Manhattan). The
Principal of Brandeis High School has made locker space available
for the equipment, and the court that was allocated funds for by
former Borough President C. Virginia Fields will be used all
summer. Ages 6 to 18 years old. Show up in sneakers; racquets
and balls will be provided. No need to register but info is

provided by the New York City Council.

The West Side Community Garden, is pleased to announce the
initiation of afternoon SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, free and open
to the public. WHERE: Between 89th and 90th Streets and
Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, MANHATTAN.
WHEN: 2PM - 3PM
SUNDAY, JULY 15th at 2:00 PM COMMUNITY SING: We bring the
lyrics, you bring your voice a capella
SUNDAY, AUGUST 12th at 2:00 PM TBA
